Shipping Notes:

We Charge $7.95 Shipping & handling for all order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment. We also offer UPS 2-day or next day service to US addresses, ONLY if the item(s) is in stock (please e-mail for stock information). The additional charges are $16.00 and $25.00, respectively. All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico are shipped only via Express Shipping and have a flat rate of $20.00. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, or at the next available carrier pick-up time. For International Shipping, in stock merchandise is generally delivered within 10-20 business days from the time we receive your order, depending on your location. We try to ship items that are temporarily out of stock within 10-15 business days.

Returns:

Returns Must Be Received Within 30 Days Of Receipt, Unworn & In New Condition With Original Packaging For Exchange Or In Store Credit Only. Shipping Charges Are Not Creditable. Sex Toys, Lubes, Oils, & Similar Items Are Not Returnable For Any Reason.
Health regulations prohibit the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but not limited to thongs, bikinis, lingerie, swimwear, intimate costumes, or any other garment of that nature. Size exchange or store credit may be permitted for shoes, boots, and outerwear such as dresses, pants, and skirt within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt. No claims on used goods. Garments will be inspected and must not have been worn, soiled or be damaged to receive a credit. Email at info@myelegantideas.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Items that are returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization will be refused. You can expect your refund or exchange within two(2) to four (4) weeks from the time that you mailed your return back to Seductive Apparels. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.

Cancellations: Orders & Credit Cards Are Processed Almost Immediately After An Order Is Placed. Order Cancellations After An Order Has Been Processed Will Be Issued Store Credit.

Confidentiality:

Many of our customers prefer their transactions with us to remain private, and so we offer a guarantee of confidentiality. Your shipment will arrive in a discreetly wrapped, plain envelope or secure plain carton. Only the name of our parent company will appear on the return address. We will only contact you when there is a problem with your order that we cannot solve internally. Your business with our store is no one's business but yours. When you order a product from us, your postal address will be added to our customer file. We do not make our postal address list available to other companies. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and specials. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending an e-mail at: info@myelegantideas.com request via e-mail or a written request to postal address provided in our Contact section. Please provide us with your exact name, address and phone number. We will make sure your name is removed from the list which we maintain for our company use.
